Runway had a app, you can go over a image with the curser, erase the object in the image and replace it with what you want! I used this feature to make a AI Movie that is 13 hours long, RUNWAY STOPPED THE APP, SO I STIOPPED THEIR BUSINESS, so if you come up with a app, then I will renew my supscription, your extend image is a JOKE, A BIG JOKE! TRiED IT TWICE, USE RUNWAY FOR FREE TO EXTEND MY IMGAES, THIS IS WHY I CLOSED MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH YOU FOLKS..
