Image Upscale to 16x

Since native resolutions are so low resulting in images that can only be used for limited purposes, it would be great if the image upscaler could upscale to 16x default resolution. For example, you could leverage ClipDrop's API, which offers a much higher quality upscaler. See: https://clipdrop.co/image-upscaler
